Historical roots of his
family-
Historically, Brahmin – Hindu Joint Family - roots of Mr. U S Pandey go to
deeper layers of Indian History. His family has been a prominent Hindu Indian
family active in Divinity, Farming and holding/ Heading panchayat ( by five
Panches) to resolve Local disputes, late Shree Ram Baran Pandey, the eldest
brother of Mr. U S Pandey' s Father, Shree Jagnnath Pandey ( fourth), amongst
others, Shree Mahendra Nath Pandey, and Shree Bholanath Pandey, was prominent
local public figure in the Panchayat
System of India. It was old system of Judgeship
in India. The Pandavas of the Epic Mahabharata were his ancestors.

Khandavaprastha/ Indraprastha i.e. City of Delhi had , in course of time,
migrated to some other places in U. P.
( Uttar Pradesh) and Provinces of Bihar
and others.In the beginning of his early life, Mr. Pandey (U.S.) had felt
inspired by his Father who was liberal
in thinking and lover of freedom;
on the other hand, his Mother was a 'devotee' to Lord Shiv and Shiva. Mr. U S Pandey in his
childhood, had developed deep interest and love for learning foreign language English. That is to continue till the
last breath of his life.

WAS selected for the Ph.D. course at Clayton
University in Greenwich, London by a team of Profs.who had delivered a
public lecture at Ashoka Hotel N. Delhi and had interviewed students for
admission, at Hotel Maurya Sherton, N. Delhi. Mr. U S Pandey was selected
but he could not join this University because of paucity of funds. He is to migrate
to U.K. for higher studies at the India

1994---challenged in the Supreme Court of India.Mr. Pandey had prepared and
